The combat shines when you combine gun melee and abilities and that requires time on the player to figure out and most of the mainstream reviewers and streamers either don’t have the skill or desire to learn. And cause of that they get the game was unresponsive and boring. When they tried melee they wanted it to play like a spiderman game where you can mash the same button and the animations do the rest. If you play this game like a 3rd person shooter this game will seem stale to you and judging from all the gameplay I’ve seen from them that’s what they did. A lot of these streamers play shooters and they are good at shooter I am not I like melee focused game. 3 combat(reviewers and streamers are bad at games)- now hear me out a lot of the top reviewers and streamers I respect their opinion on story of a game or how it runs. If you or reviewers played to compete story and roll credits then you might as well eat a chicken wing with only the bone. 2 exploration- the heart of this game is the world the main quest are there just to act as a soft guide around the world. The beginning lasted way to long leaving a bad tast in people mouths from the beginning. 1 first impressions- we can all agree the linear level design, with constant pause and speak then tutorial pop up and janky cutscenes I. I’ve been playing this game a lot and I think I understand more deeply why it got bad reviewers. Any violations of these rules might result in post removal or bans.
